You, your – refers to the individual placing the order who is responsible for the email address of which these terms and conditions have been sent to and will reply from.

Rights Ownership

You must have the right and be authorised to request duplication of ALL music, data, files, video, samples, vocals and any other form of recording submitted to us in your order.
You must have the right and be authorised to request re-design and/or printing of artwork, graphics, images, text or anything else submitted to us in your order for the purpose of printing. This includes printing of CD/DVD on body, inserts, booklets and covers.
If you submit to us any music, data, files, video, samples, vocals or any other form of recording, artwork, graphics, images, text or anything else in your order produced or created by other authors, you must have their permission to use their work in your order with us and before you attempt to publish or sell the item(s) we produce for you. Similarly, if you submit loops or samples available via sample collections etc. ensure that these are licensed as free to use, or obtain permission first. You must have the right to speak on behalf of and/or to use any band/artist name, alter-ego, brand name, event name, charity or any other business or trading name used in your order or any correspondence relating to your order.
We do not check or authenticate any music, data, files, video, samples, vocals or any other form of recording submitted to us in your order. We also do not check for copyright on artwork, graphics, images, text or anything else submitted to us in your order and we do not take liability for the finished item(s) produced in our service to you.
We are not held accountable for the distribution of the item(s) produced in our service to you and we do not promote the re-sale or merchandising of the item(s) produced in our service to you.
Music, data, files, video, samples, vocals and any other form of recording submitted to us in your order and duplicated by us in our service to you, remain the work of their original author(s) and we will not re-use in any event without prior consent from their original author(s).

We guarantee your satisfaction. In the rare eventuality of a complaint, we will deal with it promptly.

Returns Policy

We are not held accountable for failed delivery or packages returned to us or your local depot due to absence of a required signature as stated above. We also accept no responsibility for the loss or damage of the item(s) whilst in transit. If in the unlikely event of loss or damage to the item(s) whilst in transit, we will submit a claim on your behalf to the courier service for investigation. Please note: we will be unable to provide a refund or replacements until such investigations have been completed.
Any CDs/DVDs found to be damaged or faulty upon delivery must be reported within 24 hours of their actual delivery time via email to info@cd-promo.co.uk to be eligible for a refund or replacements.


We will accept returns for defective and/or damaged goods only. Please note, we will not accept returns and/or issue refunds on digital download items (ie. templates, etc) as they are shipped automatically immediately after purchase. In some circumstances, refunds may occasionally be offered at the discretion of the management.
Please note: cd-promo.co.uk will not accept responsibility in the eventuality you approve a design proof that contains errors. Any printing carried out following proof approval will not be replaced free of charge. PLEASE ENSURE YOU INSPECT YOUR PROOFS THOROUGHLY.
